4. Intellectual Property
All content created by Almond Media remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
Almond Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
