Refund Policy

At Almond Media, we strive to deliver quality services that meet your expectations. However, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced or been delivered.
2. Cancellations
If a client cancels a project before work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
3. No Refunds on Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for completed services or time-based retainers once the service period has started.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please email us at info@almondmedia.in within 3 days of service delivery. We will attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
